Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Solarion AI ™ website, Compute Passport ™ materials, documentation, public interfaces and demonstration functionality made available by Solarion AI Inc. By using these resources, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Development platform
Compute Passport ™ is under development and its demonstrations are provided for evaluation, design review and technical exploration. Features, schemas, endpoints, cryptographic material, availability and behavior may change without notice. Demonstration functionality is not intended to serve as a production identity, authorization, security or compliance control.
Permitted use
You may view public materials and interact with public demonstrations for legitimate evaluation and informational purposes. You may not attempt to compromise the website or platform, bypass access controls, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, harvest data, impersonate another party, use the service unlawfully, or test security beyond expressly authorized boundaries.
Accounts and demonstrations
Where demonstration or pilot accounts are provided, credentials are for the authorized recipient and applicable engagement only. You are responsible for safeguarding those credentials and for activity performed through your account. Solarion AI Inc. may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect systems, users or the integrity of an evaluation.
No sensitive or production data
Unless a separate written agreement expressly permits it, do not submit production credentials, secrets, personal information, regulated data, confidential customer information or other sensitive material to a demonstration environment.
Intellectual property
The website, software demonstrations, visual systems, documentation, diagrams, product concepts and other materials are owned by Solarion AI Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Solarion AI ™, Compute Passport ™ and Solarion AI Systems ™ are used as proprietary brand and product identifiers. No rights are granted except the limited right to access the materials for their intended purpose.
Third-party materials
Third-party names, standards, products and services may be discussed for technical context. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for reviewing the terms, licenses and requirements applicable to any third-party system you choose to use.
No warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, public website materials and demonstration functionality are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, interoperability or suitability for a regulated or production environment.
Limitation and deployment responsibility
Organizations evaluating Compute Passport ™ remain responsible for independent architecture, security, privacy, legal, procurement, regulatory and operational review before deployment. Nothing on this website replaces the controls, approvals or professional advice required for a production implementation.
Changes and availability
Solarion AI Inc. may modify these terms, website content or demonstration functionality as the company and product develop. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
Separate agreements
A pilot, subscription, enterprise deployment, evaluation agreement, NDA, data-processing agreement or other signed contract may contain terms that differ from these website terms. Where a signed agreement applies, that agreement governs to the extent of a conflict.
